In-Depth Home Inspection Service works hard to look after the client's best interest.
A comprehensive visual inspection is done to asses the condition of the house and all of its systems (Structural and Mechanical).
We will advise on components that are working or not, as well as items that are beyond their useful life span or are unsafe. Areas where repairs may be needed or where there may have been problems in the past will be identified.
Inspections are intended to provide the client with a better understanding of the condition of the property as observed at the time of the inspection.
The inspector will take you on a detailed walk through of the home explaining his findings as you go. This provides you the opportunity to have your concerns and questions addressed. As long as you own the home we inspected for you free telephone consultation is available to you.
As an In-Depth Home Inspection Service client you will receive HomeReport™, the most detailed and comprehensive, client focused, Home Inspection Guide available. This approximately 200 page report outlines your inspector's findings and recommendations. It also includes clear and concise system drawings, easy to understand supportive text, maintenance and budgeting information, tips and customizable filing envelopes.
HomeReport™ will be filled out by your inspector and presented to you at the end of you home inspection. The Inspector will focus on the big picture and address those items that could affect your buying decision. Cosmetic items such as scratches on the cupboards, nail pops in drywall, torn wallpaper etc, will not be looked for by the inspector.
A home inspection is non-destructive and non invasive, the inspector is a guest in the home and will not move furniture, lift carpet, cut holes in walls or dismantle equipment.
A standard Home Inspection will not include telephone wiring, television cable, alarm systems or other low voltage systems.
